Bitwarden Directory Connector

Hello,

I am currently in the trial period of the Bitwarden Enterprise solution, and I am configuring settings that I would like to implement once the trial period is over. However, I am unable to synchronize my users through the Bitwarden Directory Connector.

Here are the settings I have entered:

DIRECTORY
Type: Azure Active Directory
Identity Authority: Azure AD Public
Tenant: “mycompany.com
Application ID: “MyIDFromEntraIDApplication
Secret Key: “MySecretKeyFromThisApp

SYNC
Sync Users: check

With these settings, when I go to the Dashboard and click “Test now,” all the users appear correctly. However, when I click “Start Sync,” an error message appears: “An error has occurred, Errors have occurred.” I do not have more information about this error, and there is nothing in the Directory Connector logs either.

Does anyone know where this problem might be coming from? Thank you in advance.
