Hi, I use Bitwarden on various chrome/opera/edge browsers and I have no problems accessing them.
However, I have a problem with Firefox when I unlock with biometric data bitwarden it unlocks then after 1 or 2 seconds it locks again and I have to enter my fingerprint again.
Why does he do this?
I have to enter my fingerprint practically twice to access bitwarden on firefox.
I tried uninstalling the extension on firefox and installing it again but it didn’t work.
I also deactivated the “unlock with biomatrix data” option and then activated it again but that didn’t solve the problem either.
I don’t know what to do anymore. 
Hi @Mr.Rihanno, each Bitwarden client (or in your case, each extension) will have different timeout settings. I know you mentioned deactivating and reactivating unlock with biometrics, but did you double check the timeout settings? Perhaps it was accidentally set to immediately?
Yes I checked and set it to 5 minutes
I repeat, I only encounter this type of problem on Mozilla Firefox
Now I have set the time every time the browser is restarted, let’s see if it fixes it. I’ll try for a few days and see if it resolves itself.
