Bitwarden Chrome Plugin Slow To Open

Having issues with the Bitwarden Chrome extension on my M1 MacBook Pro. There are two main problems:

  1. The extension takes 2-3 seconds to open when clicking the icon
  2. It’s not showing the number of saved passwords for websites immediately (where the extention icon has the number ont he lower right)

I’ve already tried disabling all other Chrome extensions, but the slow opening persists. The delay happens consistently every time I click the Bitwarden icon.

Yep that looks like the same issue.
