Base domain URI - choose correct domain if duplicates exist

I have two NAS systems which use the following domain names (example) :

NAS1.DOMAIN.COM

NAS2.DOMAIN.COM

I assume that it’s the base domain URI default that is presenting both login options when hitting either of the NAS systems so would it be possible, in the event of duplication, for the extension to check the full domain name for a match?

The ‘Favourite’ option doesn’t do what I want for each separate NAS as Bitwarden continues to present both options.

Or, am I missing something?

“Base domain” can’t differentiate between those two, as it “looks” only at the “base” domain domain.com.

If I understand you correctly, you would want to use “Host” matching, as this can differentiate between NAS1.DOMAIN.COM and NAS2.DOMAIN.COM.

You can either set “Host” globally in the browser extension (Settings → Autofill):

And/or you can set an individual matching option for every single URI in every single login item as you like it:

PS: Just for comprehensiveness – there are also other possible URI match detection options. See here: Forming URIs for Autofill | Bitwarden

‘Nailed’ it again

I didn’t notice the config wheel option next to the Website (URI) setting so problem solved.

Many thanks,

Sean
