Account recovery option for self-hosted customers is a bit too clunky and manual in its current form. It creates more admin overhead than seems reasonable for a large organization. Would it be possible to offer a feature that would allow end users who have already authenticated using SSO but have forgotten their master password to click a “forgot password” link and have the system send them an email with a reset password link? This would be a huge benefit to system admins.
