Autofill Not Working - Payboo Credit Card (Comenity)

Hi all!

I am having an issue with a site that I can’t seem to figure out.

The login page is here:
https://d.comenity.net/ac/bhphoto/public/home

I have tried the right-click context menu option to “Copy custom field name”, and nothing is copied. Before that context menu option existed, I had done those manually and tried:
userNameSignInV2_input
passwordSignInV2_input

Those never worked, and the fact that Bitwarden can’t find a custom field name is concerning. I know this is in an iframe, which could be causing issues.

If I open the iframe URL directly, autofill works, but you can’t successfully login from there, unfortunately.

Anyone have any ideas of how to make autofill work on this site? Just sort of a pain that I’ve been dealing with for a long time and keep coming back to with frustration. :slight_smile:

Unfortunately, I also cannot get this page to auto-fill, using any method.

I would suggest submitting an auto-fill failure report on Github.
