I am using Bitwarden Chrome extension.
I added custom fields with values that match fields on a web page.
But Autofill doesn’t work.
Here is the example, where I want to autofill age verification.
As you can see, autofill didn’t work.

Why can’t it autofill these fields?
I can confirm that your custom fields are correctly configured, and that autofill doesn’t work on this page. Possibly because the page doesn’t actually include a <form> element, or because of some script that is blocking autofill. I would suggest submitting an Autofill Failure Report, using the following form:
