Since some weeks, to autofill a login form, I need to click on autofill button two times: the first click fills out the username, second click fills out password. Why does this happen? How to make it working with a single click only?

Please provide some example URLs for login forms where you observe this behavior. For example, when logging in to this Community Forum, I cannot reproduce what you have described (using an Edge browser on Windows 11).
Now I can narrow the issue down: it occurs on Brave Browser (macOS) only. The login form of this forum is also affected.
I just tried to login to the forum on Brave on Windows 11 and also can’t reproduce that.
