You can do this in the web vault - check each item you want to move, then click the little cog icon at the top of the list and select “Move selected”.

The Move option only works to move items between different folders, which is relevant to your Personal Vault. You appear to be within an organization, and those items are organized by Collection.
If you click on My Vault at the top left and go into your personal vault, you can try bulk moving items (including shared items) into your folder structure, if you have set up folders.
