API to change password

I have scripts changing passwords to my systems automatically. I would like to update these new passwords into Bitwarden as well.

Is there an API to change passwords?

I was looking at https://bitwarden.com/help/api/ and could not see related API, until I read the fine print at the top which redirected me to https://bitwarden.com/help/vault-management-api/
