I would try these to see if they would fix your problem:
- Try “Login with Device” on your mobile, and use your BW desktop app to approve the login.
- Wait until tomorrow. There have been login failures that resolve themselves later recently.
- Try changing your network connection, e.g. Wifi, mobile data, VPN.
- Uninstall and reinstall.
