I am unable to fill in the username and password on the Huawei Health Android app on my Huawei P30 Pro. Huawei has disabled the copy-paste option for logging in, making it impossible to manually copy and paste the username or password.
Both Bitwarden and 1Password are unable to autofill. In Bitwarden’s Android app, I have the URI “androidapp://com.huawei.health” configured.
However, 1Password offers another option called the “1PASSWORD keyboard input method,” which enables password filling in apps where the developer has disabled the copy-paste option.
Adding a similar keyboard input method to Bitwarden would greatly improve its functionality and enable users to log in to apps like Huawei Health where copy-paste is disabled.
