I just upgraded my phone. When I log into the Android app using my password and 2FA, and then try to turn on biometric unlock, it doesn’t work. I assume it’s trying to use the old fingerprint from the old phone? I can’t see how to reset that, on the app.
Now, after futzing with it for a while, it’s now actually removed the “Unlock with biometrics” option from the Security menu.
How do I fix all of this?
Edit (Solved) - I added a 2nd fingerprint to the phone, and now everything works as it should. Updated this in case it can help others.
