This behavior was introduced unintentionally sometime last summer, and Bitwarden decided to leave it in for the benefit of Premium users who use free two-person orgs.
Free orgs continue to not support attachments on org-owned items because the organization has no storage.
It should be the same problem in my case - the two missing TOTPs are linkend to the 2-person-organisation…
Did I get it right that I have to move this entry back into my account - or upgrade to a family-membership?
Thank you!
Same problem with a family-membership within the android app. Is there a way to officialy report this issue or are the developers already working on this?
Thanks for confirming this, I am facing the same issue as above, where I can see a partial list of TOTP’s being generated, but the majority of the ones are not being seen.
One thing extra I did see is that when on the android app, when I go under settings and “sync” the verification codes, I see all 35 instances appear for a brief second, and then it goes back down the 12 TOTP codes. For the record I too have an organization with my wife and we do use collections but in both cases, my passwords in the org collection and non-org collections are affected.
To my surprise, I realised that my TOTP codes are no longer displayed, but only ‘Premium subscription required’. The problem seems to have existed for some time now. Do I understand correctly that the bug has still not been fixed?
Thanks for your patience everyone, this should be resolved shortly. If you’re using a premium account, you’ll be able to access TOTP codes stored in a free two-person organization. If you’re referring to something else, let us know.
