Android 11 & com.x8bit.bitwarden.apk.
Bitwarden App is being screenshotted when I login on Bitwarden in Android 11.
I thought I could prevent this by using this module here.
I have selected bitwarden as well not to be screenshotted. But it still gets screen shotted.
Bitwarden does not provide itself to be in a container to be shielded from screenshots etc? What I mean is that, Bitwarden itself cannot protect itself from being screenshotted or screen recorded and not rely on a non-rooted device system with flagsecureenabled and google safety net etc?

In the BW Android app, if you go to Settings → Other, you don’t have “Allow screen capture” which you can toggle?
PS: I couldn’t toggle it off… for… reasons…
It is off, latest BW android app, when I login to my vault, seems a screen capture is taken, screen flashes like a screen capture, and I have found the toggle, it is indeed off.
Very interesting why my Android 11 is flashing the screen the moment I login the the vault.
Seems? – Did you try if it actually is captured (e.g. by making a screen recording)?`
I just tested this on my Android 15 device, and the entire Android app is just “black” for me (or rather the screen recorder) from start to finish, when “Allow screen capture” is toggled off.
If you think you found a bug of that function, then report it on GitHub (“New issue”).
