Hi, I can’t add a new item, I introduce data but when I clic on save a message appears.
An unhnadled server error has occurred .
The same on PC and Smartophone (android)
Can you help me?

  • Are you using a self-hosted Bitwarden server?
  • What devices/OS are you using?
  • What Bitwarden app versions are you using?

    I use a PC with Windows 10 pro, some other software runs OK.
  • What Bitwarden app versions are you using?
    2.14.2.

Hi Ricardo - this sounds like an internet connectivity problem to me. To modify your Bitwarden vault, your computer must be online and the software must have be able to access an active connection. If your machine is online and you are still seeing this behaviour, I would check your firewall rules to ensure Bitwarden has not been blocked.

I’m online. I can access to Bitwarden on PC and smartphone android and see items, but I can’t create a new item, or modifier anyone, appear “error, resource not found”

Hard to say what could be happening then. It sounds like something is blocking your outgoing traffic or there is some issue communicating with the Bitwarden servers.

Hi David, finally I uninstall and install again both, PC aplication and android App. Now is running. Why? I don’t know but is solved.
