Tried to save changes by clicking on the disc icon at the bottom of the Bitwarden app on macOS desktop app. Bitwarden shows “An error has occurred. Failed to decode access token: Access token not found.” Changes aren’t saved. Help. Bitwarden version 2024.9.0

Does logging out (not just locking) and logging back in help? This typically fixes any kind of sync errors the app may be experiencing.
If not, try uninstalling and reinstalling too.
Logging out then logging back into Bitwarden seems to have fixed the issue. Thanks Neuron5569!
