Am I missing something: Changing Master Password

I noticed when changing the master password there is no option to view the password seems a bit bonkers not to have it so you aren’t making s mistake.

I noticed that someone said it was going to be addressed in the next update but that was 3 years ago. Am I missing something or hasn’t it been done?
