On all my devices and all services I still see my secret notes, but the notes field is empty. On mobile I only see my secret notes name when I open one.
Use the mobile app to create a vault export (in case something has gone wrong with your vault). For the other devices, try the usual troubleshooting steps:
- Update your browsers.
- Reboot your computer.
- Log out and log back in to your vault.
- For browser extensions, disable and re-enable.
- Uninstall and reinstall each client app or browser extension.
In addition, you should contact support if you have not already done so. If there is some type of corruption in the cloud database back end, the data can be restored from Bitwarden’s database backups — however, these backups are only stored for 7 days, so it is important to promptly contact support about this type of issue.
