It looks like this issue is being tracked by the dev team currently. Hopefully, it will be fixed in the next release.

Issue with the Mac App still happening, NO Folder is showing all items.
Appears to be ok in the iOS App and the Browser Extension

That’s the same release as the OP reported. The next release hasn’t hit the App Store yet.

It looks like this issue is still occurring but also on other platforms. I have altogether about 140 entries - all of them put into different folders. 116 are appearing in “no folders”. Search function often shows two results - very irritating.
I use following versions on following platforms:
linux 2023.2.0
ff-extension (for linux) 2023.2.1
android 2023.2.0 (5944)
windows 2023.2.0

For me it fit’s very well to this post

Sounds like your vault may contain duplicate entries, perhaps as a result of migration from another password manager (e.g., Lastpass has been known to create duplicate entries in exported CSV files, or repetition of an import action in the Bitwarden Web Vault can create duplicates if you do not purge the vault before re-importing).
