After latest Android update, autofill flashes and disappears

Hello,

After the latest Android update, the inline autofill flashes for a second and sends me directly to my vault. I don’t get a chance to select it in order to autofill for any apps or sites.

PS: Ah, and I totally forgot…: a workaround, that works for me at the moment: just go back (to the website) and try it a second time - then the “autofill entry” doesn’t disappear.

When I try and use a password it used to show matching site but something has changed and now it will show sites but then switch to my vault?

This is currently a hot issue, and Bitwarden is working on a fix.

If you are on Android and want to work around this problem, sideload the v2025.7.2 version, disable the auto-update, and wait for the fix in a future release.
