Adjust or supplement behavior of "Never URLs" matching algorithm

Now that Bitwarden has the option to specify the order of URL matches, does this remain a problem, or can the feature request be closed?

Here’s my initial test:

Item1:

• https://www.example.com/path/ (Never)
• https://www.example.com (Base Domain)

Item2:

• https://www.example.com/path/ (Exact)

If I go to https://www.example.com/path/, I still get two matches (Item1 and Item2), as always.
