I think there should be a way to sync to vault in the Auto-fill selection UI. Either add a button or make pull to refresh work there too.
This is especially helpful when you add an entry on another device and then want to use it directly. Currently the user experience suffers from not having this; requiring the user to exit the app, open the Bitwarden app, sync and then re-open.
