We are having a problem with adding items within a collection. So when opening a collection and then pressing add, a black page appears. Were using a Chrome extension. Within the full desktop client this problem does not excists.
We found out that both selfhosted as by Bitwarden hosted servers give he same problem.

Hey @marijnpaques have you tried testing a different browser to make sure it isn’t a Chrome setup issue?
Yes, I also tested Edge and Firefox. Edge and Firefox have both the same problem as in Chrome.
