Add hotkey support to Chromium-based Edge (when available)

Hello!

In Edge classic, CTRL + \ auto-fills your last used login info (other Windows browsers use CTRL + SHIFT + L).

In Chromium-based Edge, both CTRL + \ and CTRL + SHIFT + L do not function. Pressing the hotkeys does nothing: no auto-fill.

Otherwise, Bitwarden is already working perfectly with this brand-new browser. Gotta love cross-browser compatibility.

This feature request can now be removed! The Chromium Edge development team has now added custom keyboard shortcuts for Extensions!

Upon updating to Chromium Edge 77.0.211.2 dev, all these options became available!
