Add "Copy" button to Name field

Please, could you add Copy button to Name field?

I’m trying to add bitwarden items to our internal documentation.

It would be so much nicer if we could right-click copy name (like username or passowrd) or have a click-to-copy, vs having to edit an item just to copy its name.

Locate an item with a name that includes an important identifier, for example: - **Name**: AWS Account (123412341234) 3. Attempt to click, select, or copy any part of the item name text. 4. Observe that the text is not selectable or copyable. ### Expected Result - The item name (or any part of it) should be selectable and copyable using mouse drag or keyboard shortcut (e.g., Ctrl/Cmd+C). - Users should be able to extract embedded identifiers (like the Tenant ID) easily from the item name. ### Actual Result - The item name appears as non-selectable, static text. - Attempts to click, drag-select, or copy the text fail—nothing is highlighted or copied. ### Screenshots or Videos _No response_ ### Additional Context ### Example Scenario - **Item Name:** AWS Account (123412341234) - **Workflow Impact:** I need to copy the “123412341234” portion from the item name, then manually enter the username and password. I add aliases(i.e item names - the first thing that you fill to add a creditcard) to my saved cards and whenever I make a purchase I also copy the alias to my excel sheet. But now the only way to copy the alias is to edit the card and copy the item name and exit without saving. That is time consuming . I wish we could be able to click and copy or better yet if there was a copy button next to the item name. it would be so much easier that way

PS: The bug report @grb mentioned was closed with a linked fixed – but I don’t see it yet on my 2025.12.0 client versions.

Interesting. I notice that it is possible to highlight (select) the names of folders and collections that appear just below the name, and I believe that this was not previously possible. But, like you, I still cannot select the item name. ~~So, I wonder if there is a bug in the bug fix…~~

Edit: Release 2025.12.0 did not include PR #17693, so the bug fix should be (hopefully) available in ~~2025.1.0~~ 2026.1.0. […yes, thanks for the reminder, @Nail1684!]

I just did a quick version comparison (browser extension 2025.12.0 ↔ 2025.11.1) and to me it looks like the fix – merged on Dec 4 – didn’t make it into the 2025.12.0 release.
