Just an FYI there is a current open feature request for the ability to purchase additional seats for a family plan. Feel free to throw a vote that way if you would like. :slight_smile:

Although I concur with @dh024 you are best to contact the BW sales team directly, perhaps they may have some other available options given a specific use case for a family than what is available through the standard web vault.
