Account issue cant access vault

I seem to have an account issue
when i try login the app the app just closes
when i try login the desktop or app browser my vault seems to be empty/loading

ive tried clearing out cache, data, uninstalling etc…

however when i login with a different account its completely fine so its not my connection or device issue and only seems to be my account.

any thoughts/suggestion?

I suggest you login to the web vault to check your account to establish the actual contents of your vault, as a starter to isolate your issue to the app or the vault itself.
