Accessing Secret Manager with Personal or Family Plans

I’m trying to use/access the secret manager, but when I click on try, it just takes me to my subscriptions page.

I have a personal & family organization vault. I just want the secret manager for my person vault. Do I need to pay even more for that?

Per

You must be an organization owner to enable Secrets Manager. To start using Secrets Manager:
However, one addition needed there is that this can be a free 2-person organization or a Teams or Enterprise Organization. It will not work for Families.
Please try from a free 2-person organization if you have not set that up yet.

@ekarni, I have a sponsored Bitwarden Password Manager Family account through my employer.

Is it correct to assume, based on your reply above, that if I want to set up a free secret manager account (including the required free 2-person organisation account), I would have to do so using an email address different from the email address used for my family password manager account?
