This seems like an unwanted privacy invasion. Sending someone a confidential document, should not imply that this persons location would be identified/identifiable.
If you’re running your own server, you could have a look at the access logs.
I would like to bump this feature request. For enterprise clients, this is an important feature. It would be nice to have a record of when someone created a secure send item and when someone else accessed it.
we need to know when the third party accessed the download link to confirm they have received the file. This information is available when running your own server so why not just make it accessible in SaaS too ?
