Our goal with user research is to understand you and how you actually use Bitwarden. Help us create intuitive experiences for everyone – whether you’re a security-savvy developer or someone who just wants to get rid of those sticky notes on your monitor.
How we’ll do it
- Community forum: We’re constantly scanning the forum for your feedback.
- Discovery interviews: We want to touch base with you often on the things we’re designing. Join our list of contacts to give input on new features or problems to solve in 30- to 60-minute user interviews.
- User testing solutions: Before we build and ship a design, we often test it with real users first. Have opinions on things like navigation, onboarding, or autofill? Join our contact list to participate in 30-minute user testing sessions.
- Surveys and quick checks: Sometimes we have a quick question for you. We’ll either drop the question or a survey in the community forum.
Concepts we share are pre-development and subject to change. Features presented may not be released.
