I 'd like to have the ability to generate a given number of one-time-only temporary passwords to access my vault. LastPass has implemented this feature. I find it useful when you need to connect to your vault in a machine that is not you own. If there is a keylogger, then I think it’s the only way to not compromise your master password.

In your case your master PW will be compromised but an attacker would not be allowed to log into your vault because it lacks your second factor.
