Hello, I am a senior user residing in Chinese’s Mainland.
Recently, while accessing Bitwarden’s Web Vault, I found the page loading very slowly. After opening the browser developer tools, I noticed that certain files are taking a long time to load, which slows down the overall access speed.
Subsequently, we ran a loading speed test and encountered a timeout issue during the scanning process. If this problem is not resolved promptly, it may impact users’ ability to bind their 2FA methods and retrieve recovery codes.
Therefore, I suggest considering resolving the loading speed issue. If that is not feasible, please consider enabling within-app support for changing passwords, binding 2FA methods, retrieving recovery codes, and managing emergency access features, so users can complete these tasks without needing to visit the Web Vault.
