The URIs in password items are something I really like, they can open the saved website with just one click on the icon next to the URI. I’d like to see a detection for phone numbers and email-addresses, maybe even addresses in the Identity items. When a phone number is detected an icon shows up which opens the dialer and inserts the number. Same with the email, an icon which inserts the email to a new draft and opens the default mailing application would be great. An icon next to postal addresses which shows the address in the default maps app would be nice to see, but is not as needed as phone or email hyperlinks in my opinion.

This would make my world a bit more fun.
Maybe also add this functionality to the Custom Fields via a new data type of “Telephone Number” and “Email Address”. So when you touch the phone number it automatically dials, or hit an icon next to the number, etc.
