All of the users in my organization are no longer able to login using their established yubikeys. Everything was working fine a few days ago, there have been no account changes however we are now seeing “Two-Step token is Invalid. Try again” errors. We have SSO enabled with google.
Has anyone else ran into this issue? I’m unable to reach support directly outside of email.
I just ran into this issue and checking with other colleagues it seems to be widespread across the organization. Did you find a solution to the problem?
I was trying to use the edge extension and it asked me to enter my password, after entering the password it asked me to enter the 6-digit authentication code for 2FA, I used authy as usual to select the authentication code that I had registered with bitwarden at the time, but it popped up two-step token is invalid. try again.
Additional note: I also have the same situation with the web board.
