Working on Firefox but not Chrome

I have successfully installed and got it working on Firefox, and then installed it on Google Chrome. Unfortunately its not working on Chrome.

I downloaded Bitwarden extension for Chrome and its enabled.
Changes to the Chrome settings were made.
Offer to save passwords has been turned off.
Auto Sign in has been turned off.
Save and fill addresses has been turned off

Bitwarden settings show that Auto Fill on page load is on.
Bitwarden has been synced and the correct information is showing when I click on the Extension icon.

The problem is that when I go to a page that requires a log in, the olf Chrome information (password) is being loaded, not the new one that is in the Bitwarden vault.

How do I fix this please.

Thanks. It worked once I deleted the passwords in Chrome. Interesting that I didn’t need to do that in Firefox.
