When the app has 3 fields: id/last name/password - problems

At least 3 websites have 3 fields to login: user id/last name/password
American Airlines
Delta
Hyatt

The experience across the 3 is not uniform, but bottom line, BW doesn’t handle it well. Perhaps this should be a feature request, but I thought I would start with this because the feature may be there, I’m just ignorant as to how it works.
