What does checking a login as Favorite do?

Searching help for “favorite” (https://help.bitwarden.com/search/?q=favorite) only pulls up a single article about importing.

I was thinking that the favorite login would be automatically selected when I used a keyboard shortcut to input passwords, but that’s not happening.

I suppose I could read the source code to figure out all that it entails. :slight_smile:

There is a separate menu showing the favorite items. In the app they are shown in the “start page”. So basically you simply get to them faster.

Is there a way to show the favorites in the “Tab” menu on the browser extension? I find using a separate “app” useless when 99% of my needs are in browser anyway.
