Viewing attachments on mobile

Hello,

I am paying for the premium feature and I use the identity to store my license, passport and other important documents as attachments. When I am out and need these documents I need to be able to see them on my phone. Is there a way to do this? I see them on the computer, but not on my phone. On my phone when I click on the attachment section, I get “A premium membership is required to use this feature”. I am paying for the premium feature if not I would not be able to upload documents on the computer.
Please help.

Hi @Joli_Martinez,

You likely signed up for premium after logging into your account on your phone. The premium status is synced when you log in. Please try logging out on your phone and then log back in.

This should sync up the premium status and you’ll be able to access your item attachments.
