I have 3 users (two identical situation, one slightly different) who have had glitches this week.
All users use the free version of BW.
The first two had MFA enabled (though they could find nothing on their phones for it). They started their morning opening Chrome - log into BW, open paycom.com, BW fills in password - they punch in - BAM - error (no further details available). Users clear the error, attempt to log into Outlook.office.com - notice BW is no longer logged in - attempt to log in - stopped by MFA.
The third person MFA not enabled.
They also opened Chrome, logged into BW, opened paycom.com, punched in - no reported error (when asked). The user then tried to log into Outlook.office.com - noticed BW wasn’t logged in - attempted to log in - invalid password error (FYI - the password was correct - use used the toggle to view it and confirmed it was correct)
The thing I’m trying to understand is - Why after these users logged into paycom.com did their BW get logged out? and apparently the Cache of the extension wiped - all three users saw what appeared to be a fresh extension install - i.e. the previous logged in user wasn’t shown. Plus the MFA cache from the day before (actually weeks/months before) was no longer cached.
If it’s important, I’ll make a response to this thread with my actual solutions for these users - though my main goal is to find out why BW seems to have lost it’s mind - what could paycom.com possibly do that would cause BW to clear it’s current status?

The support person seems to indicate that extensions can become corrupted - seems this is unlikely considering it happened to three different people, all right after visiting paycom.com and all able to regain access without uninstall/reinstalling the extension.
I appreciate any thoughts on this issue(s).
