User Unfriendly when you login and click HELP to be thrown out immediately

I think I see what is happening, a re-direct to the community forums?
But come on! ANOTHER Login immediately at the top of the screen!
Can you just explain what and why this is happening?
And maybe TELL users that the forums have a SEPARATE ACCOUNT
you have to sign up for SEPARATELY for us imbeciles that it is not
obvious? It would only take a few words to show sympathy for the
lesser abel.
