User missing

I’m a new subscriber. I first created a free account to test Bitwarden. I then upgraded to the Family plan and added 2 users. I then invited them and so far, the one that accepted and imported their data has disappeared from the list of users. The other hasn’t accepted yet and is still listed along with me (owner). There is no one listed in accepted.

Anybody know why?
