Use accessibility service only for browser on Android Oreo

On Oreo the autofill Framework Service works great in almost all apps, minus browsers. The accessibility service needs to be enabled for them. The accessibility service scan all apps events, not only browsers (useful for pre-Oreo devices).

It would be great to have an option to watch only “browser-app” with accessibility service on Oreo devices. It maybe help reduce some battery drain, by only scanning relevant applications when autofill Framework is enabled.

It looks like a kind of browser whitelist already exists in this file : mobile/src/Android/AutofillService.cs

I could be wrong, but I think most major browsers plan to support the new Oreo Autofill Framework.
