Updating Self-Hosted Build

I have been trying to update since my admin page says the following:

VERSION

Server Installed 1.38.2
Server Latest 1.38.4

But when I attempt to updteself and update, I get a message that updating is not necessary.

Is 1.38.2 really the latest?

Yep, we’ve released some patches on our servers that will be available shortly for self hosted.
