Updated Self Hosted to latest, Web version reporting wrong version

I updated my self-hosted version to latest and seeing the following:

VERSION

Server Installed
2023.4.3
Server Latest
2023.4.3
Web Installed
2023.1.1
Web Latest
2023.4.1

When I look at the Docker compose file and the docker image that is running they report 4.1, is this just a bug?
