Unable to login to Safari Extension

I’m using a Family Organization and recently installed Bitwarden on my wife’s MacBook. Shortly after installation my wife did not remember her master password so I deleted and re-created her account.

Now, she is able to login to the Bitwarden app with her new credentials however the Safari Extension errors with a “invalid master password” message.

I have removed the Safari extension, uninstalled the Bitwarden app, even deleted everything that I could find in Library related to Bitwarden. After re-installing everything I get the same error in the Safari Extension.

Any ideas? Did I miss an old cached credential or something?

Is her old account still in the family org? Doubt that’s it, but you never know. If I had to put money on it, I’d say extension is still looking for old account, but how you would change that is beyond my say.

I’m running into similar issues with the safari extension. I can successfully log in from safari and the bitwarden app itself but no luck with the safari extension.
