Please follow this “Community Guide”: [Guide] "I can't login" - Some tips for login problems/issues (ultra short version: stay logged in if you are still logged in with any BW app, disconnect it from the internet, try to make an export, manually if necessary - and then try the different things you can try…)

There is no such “reset option” with Bitwarden, unfortunately (or fortunately). Part of the security. :man_shrugging:
