I selected the Personal Premium Plan for $10 annual. However, after creating my account I have a page of plans to select, and the Premium plan isn’t displayed. Only more expensive family plans, etc… I don’t understand what’s going on here? Seems like a bait and switch?
I would check your process, @snafu86. It is definitely not a “bait and switch” as you claim.
What you should be doing is:
- Log into your web vault at https://vault.bitwarden.com
- Click on your profile icon (top right) and select Account Settings
- In the sidebar to the left, click Subscription.
You will be taken to a page like this:
Thanks for your quick response.
But, I don’t see that on my account. This is what I see when I click on subscription:
What is the URL to that page? You need to include that in your screen capture.
The URL is tied to my account login. Including that will not be useful and might leak security details.
I clicked on the Premium Plan of the Bitwarden’s website and created my account. I didn’t immediately see an option for the Premium Plan. I thought that was strange, so I created a free account and figured I would then upgrade to Premium. Those are the steps I took. But I can’t seem to see a Premium Plan being offered in the upgrade page.
SOLVED
Once I verified my email address and logged back in I now see the option to upgrade to premium.
Thanks for your help though.
Glad you got it working.
