For some - few - accounts I use TOPT. But in the desktop client the procedure is cumbersome and time-consuming until I have generated the number key (open BW, go to the account, find TOPT field, generate new code, etc.).
Does anyone know a shorter way?
Alternatively, I would also use the iOS app to generate the key if there was a quicker way.

If inserting into a website, the quickest way is to use the keyboard shortcut:
If a login uses the Bitwarden Authenticator for TOTPs, using the
Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + Lwill automatically copy your TOTP to your clipboard after auto-filling. All you have to do isCmd/Ctrl + Vto paste!
