I’m sorry, but as there indeed can be several different error messages, it would be important to know which exact prompt you’re stuck at. So, do you get an error message like this one or another one (and if it’s another one, what exactly do you see?):

If it is this error message, then there are three main things to check:

Did you use the correct email address? Is there a typo? Did you use a different email alias? Did you change your BW email address and may have forgotten it? (–> the login will also not work with an incorrect email address)

You seem to have already have checked the master password. If you have an emergency sheet, try to compare it with what you have written down there. – If it would be an iOS device, try to disable “smart punctuation” as it can change input you type.

Did you choose the correct BW server region? If you look at my screenshot, at the bottom there is a server selector, saying “Accessing: bitwarden.eu”. BW has two distinct server regions, US/.com and EU/.eu. They are not interchangeable and you can only log in to the server region your account “exists” on. If you’re not sure, try both server regions.
